TideCo Septic

Tideco Septic is the only septic people I will use from now on! We had our tank pumped a few weeks ago by another company, last night our toilets wouldn’t go down. Called Tideco this morning at 8:20 (thanks Facebook people for recommending them) and they were at my house by 8:45 and installed a new pump and gone by 9:15am. This is what you call amazing customer service. Super nice people, very professional and what they told me it would cost is what they charged no added cost. I will refer everyone to them! Stand up guys that will answer any questions you have! These guys are gonna be a big name in our town and it’s because they go above and beyond for their customers!

Braydon and Collin can got to my home today on short notice to drain my sewage ! These guys worked really hard and quickly at a very reasonable price! Thank you guys so very much!

These guys are phenomenal. I called in the evening to inquire about getting our septic system pumped out and they came out first thing the next morning. Very quick and professional. Tide Co is a highly professional team who will be on time, keep you informed and provide the service you need. They came out to replace a septic sump pump alarm and after troubleshooting the old one, replacement was placed the same day. Excellent service!
